Eakes Office Solutions Commits to Customer Care with Creation of Inside Support Positions

Eakes Office Solutions, a Midwest leader in business and technology solutions, is excited to announce a recent shift in customer support with the creation of two new roles: Inside Account Support Specialists. Hannah Jessen and Carrie McCluskey will serve in these positions, dedicated to enhancing customer experiences and strengthening local partnerships.

Hannah Jessen brings a year of experience with Eakes, previously serving in our customer service department. Her knowledge of our processes and commitment to customer care make her a natural fit for this new role.

Carrie McCluskey brings over 17 years of expertise in inside support within the office and facilities products industry. Having excelled in similar roles at her previous company, she offers a wealth of experience in proactive customer engagement and problem-solving skills that will be a tremendous asset to our team.

Hannah and Carrie will provide outreach and customized support to ensure our customers receive timely and tailored solutions to meet the needs of their business. These roles will make Eakes an even stronger local resource.
