To achieve ProVision Dealer Certification, dealerships must meet rigorous criteria demonstrating their commitment to excellence. Requirements include maintaining an overall dealership GPA of 70% or higher, meeting training compliance thresholds, and ensuring our team is trained with at least 60% of required coursework completed within the past 36 months. Additionally, dealerships must be registered as an “@Remote Dealer” with connected devices and comply with all mandatory Ricoh standards.
