The Penlink project focused on creating an efficient, team‑oriented workspace that could blend seamlessly with existing furniture while supporting modern workstyles and user comfort. With multiple departments requiring specific groupings of employees, careful planning and a strategic layout were essential to ensure everyone could fit comfortably and work effectively within the space.

To meet these needs, we partnered with HON and MergeWorks, selecting products known for their durability, flexibility, and clean, modern aesthetic. This combination allowed us to provide a functional solution while complementing the furniture Penlink already owned.

Key products included HON Accelerate panels, which served as the structural foundation for workstation divisions, and HON Ignition 2.0 seating, chosen for its ergonomic features and user adjustability. These were paired with HON Coordinate height‑adjustable desks, giving employees the ability to transition between sitting and standing throughout the day. Existing storage pieces were thoughtfully integrated to create a cohesive and cost‑effective blended solution.

HON was selected intentionally for its strong balance of price, finish options, and compatibility, allowing us to achieve the desired look and function while staying within project goals.
