Do we give up control of our IT?

No. You still own your systems and data. We act as your outsourced IT department or partner, aligning with your business goals.

How is this different from the IT support I currently use when something goes wrong?

Traditional IT support typically responds only after a problem has occurred. Eakes takes a proactive approach by continuously monitoring and maintaining your systems to prevent issues before they disrupt your business.

 

Do you offer services for HIPAA, PCI, or other compliance standards?

Yes, we support HIPAA, PCI, and other compliance needs through risk assessments, documentation, security controls, and reporting to help you stay audit-ready.

 What does your billing structure look like?

We offer a comprehensive package that allows for simple IT budgeting and forecasting. When visiting with partners, we gain a full understanding of their environment so when quoting, there are no surprises. This way, the only costs outside of your normal agreement are additions or projects. We also do not bill our clients until fully onboarded, both for support and equipment.

How do we place tickets?

Tickets are place 3 ways; you can email support@eakes.com, submit via the agent installed on each workstation, or call directly to our helpdesk engineers.

Do you have 24 hour support?

Yes, while our business operates during normal business hours, we do have an engineer on call 24 hours for emergency support.
