From business-ready offices, flexible layouts, ergonomic workstations, and inviting collaboration zones make the building as functional as it is inspiring. A shared flex area with reconfigurable seating brings everyone together, creating the perfect setting for connection, ideas, and community growth.

Buffalo County Economic Development

The Buffalo County Economic Development offices were designed to reflect both professionalism and hospitality for hosting potential investors and partners. OFS and Steelcase furnishings—featuring height-adjustable desks and warm, functional designs—create an inviting yet business-ready atmosphere. The aesthetic supports the organization’s role in driving growth, making a strong first impression while encouraging productive conversations.

Kearney Visitors Bureau

As the first stop for many guests, the Kearney Visitors Bureau needed a welcoming, efficient space to plan and promote area attractions, including the famous crane migration season. HON workstations with ergonomic, height-adjustable features keep staff comfortable and productive during peak visitor times. A central collaboration table fosters planning and teamwork, while a cohesive design ensures a professional, guest-ready look.

Kearney Area Chamber of Commerce

The Chamber’s offices were built to inspire collaboration, flexibility, and member engagement. Furnished with HON, Global, Steelcase, and OFS pieces, the space includes ergonomic workstations, a collaboration table, and an open area for visiting members. Special touches like a podcast recording station and a cozy fireplace seating area encourage connection, creativity, and community growth.

Shared Flex Area

This break area serves all three organizations, encouraging casual connection and cross-team collaboration. Outfitted with Global and Integra seating, the space is comfortable, durable, and easy to reconfigure for events or gatherings. Its flexible design makes it equally suited for coffee breaks, brainstorming sessions, or extending outdoors for larger functions.
